Jake Davis is the Founder and Principal of Rescon, a premier outdoor construction firm specializing in luxury exterior living environments. From architecturally refined front entrances to fully integrated outdoor living spaces and custom pools, Jake leads with a commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and elevated design execution.

Having been immersed in the construction industry his entire life, Jake developed an early understanding of structural integrity, site preparation, and the importance of doing things properly – not just visibly, but foundationally. That lifelong exposure evolved into a disciplined, detail-driven approach that now defines Rescon’s work.

Each project is approached as a long-term investment – thoughtfully designed, structurally engineered, and seamlessly integrated with the property it enhances.
